It's easy to tell that its off when the hallway smells of garbage, mildew, cooking smells, or chemicals from upgrading apartments. Its smelly enough that sometimes I need to hold my breath while walking down the hall. To prevent this air from coming into my apartment I aim several little fans at the door. It is great to see that your experience with the office and maintenance has been positive! We have addressed the issues with the weekend front desk and expect there to be a difference in service right away.

About Hill House at Chestnut Hill
This area is served by the Seattle Public Schools attendance zone. I am content here - and the community of tenants and all staff are a plus. A variety of people resde here — of different backgrounds, ooutlooks and ages. One can find people to chat with or make friends with quite easily. In this sense Hill House becomes neighborhood-like. The building is safe, well-run, with attentive staff and in a great location.
I recently moved to the Hill House Apartment and the experience has been great. The building is well maintained, clean and in a wonderful and convenient location. The staff is truly outstanding and incredibly responsive to any request.

The apartment also features a large open plan kitchen/lounge area with lovely fireplace. This canal house on the Prinsengracht is completely renovated. Until recently we lived there ourselves and it is beautifully decorated . Additionally, the location and view is exceptional.
